Shipping & Returns Policy

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping is within Australia only.

We aim to ship all orders within two (2) business days of order/payment using Australia Post standard shipping. We will advise you if there is a delay in shipping.

Please see the Australia Post delivery times from Melbourne to your location. 

We do not accept any liability for any loss, theft or damage after delivery has taken place.

We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage due to late delivery.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is given and the parcel is returned to sender for re-dispatch, the new postage charges will be payable by the customer to re-send the parcel to the correct address. Please ensure you carefully check the address when you order to prevent any mis-deliveries or failed deliveries.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet any stated conditions.

RETURNS POLICY

We will handle all return requests in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. 

If there is a fault with any product, please contact us within seven (7) days so that we can arrange for the product to be returned and inspected. A replacement product will be offered for any returned goods that are found to be faulty and will be dispatched within two (2) business days of receipt of the returned product. 

If a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law, this will be processed back to the same account/card that was used for original payment within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned product.

No returns or exchanges can be accepted outside of this policy.
